I found this course to be very helpful. Not only do you learn how to improve yourself along with the the means in which to do it, but it also gives great examples of how not to be. Don't let your ego get in the way. Always evaluate yourself as often as you evaluate your employees and never think that you have nothing more to learn. Be an equal not superior. Thank you for the insight and giving me a different outlook on situations. It also gave me confidence that I'm heading in the right direction and that I am taking the proper steps to becoming a good leader.
