Course Instructor Cathy Chouinard has over 20 years of experience studying and teaching animal training, gardening, aromatherapy, organizing and herbal health. Before retirement, she ran several successful business centered around event planning and hosting, consulting, organizing, and home staging. She is passionate animal lover and dog trainer and volunteers much of her retirement in helping fund raise and train guide dogs.

Course Editor Jan Hollingsworth (BA) is an award-winning writer, editor and journalist. She is also a great researcher and fact-checker who is meticulous and detail-oriented. She excels in writing and editing in a range of in-depth fields such as science, politics, medicine, health and law.
