James Cummins

Course Developer James Cummins is a Canadian author and businessperson. In 2009 Cummins was awarded the Canadian Authors Association's BookTelevision Emerging Writer Award for his book Ambrosia: About a Culture. He began his professional writing career as a playwright in 2000 and has published books on Electronica music, legal history, business, spirituality, and philosophy. Cummins is a graduate of both the Victoria School of Performing and Visual Arts and Concordia University.

C. Michael ("Mac") McKenna, holding a BA, MA, and Ph.D., is an esteemed arts, humanities, and history professor with over 25 years of experience at high school and college levels. Renowned for his engaging and supportive teaching style, Dr. McKenna excels in fostering thoughtful discussions that challenge students' views on history, art, and mythology. He has a unique ability to captivate students, who often become enthusiastic "fans," seeking out his courses for continued intellectual stimulation.
