Course Description
Child Development and Psychology II explores the cognitive, emotional, social and physical development of children from preschool through elementary school,"early childhood". This is a follow up to Child Development and Psychology I, which focused on prenatal though toddler aged children. This is a great class for home day-cares or other childcare providers that need to document child development education or for students interested in the child development/psychology or childcare fields.
Each lesson discusses a particular phase of the lifespan and addresses issues, both mental and physical, for that stage. This class is geared towards parents, teachers, and counselors.
