Advanced QuickBooks goal is to give students the tools and information they will need to start their own bookkeeping business. Although anyone with basic QuickBooks and Accounting experience will find the information presented in the class very useful. This is a computerized accounting course with QuickBooks Pro 2002. If you have been thinking about starting your own bookkeeping business, but did not know how to begin, this course is for you. If you simply want to increase your knowledge in QuickBooks, there is a lot of useful information here also for you to look at. Students will take a total of five quizzes. In order to successfully pass the course a minimum overall grade of 70% is required on the quizzes only. The quizzes are in the form of multiple choices, true/false; fill in the blanks and essay-type questions. In addition, students will complete five assignments and participate in class discussions.
