  • Lesson 3: Using the Start Menu

    We’re going to dedicate this lesson to teaching you how to use and customize the Start menu, as well as work with the tiles found in it.
  • Lesson 4: The Taskbar

    In this lesson, we’re going to take a closer look at the taskbar and teach you the many ways you can use it to find what it is you are looking for on your computer.
  • Lesson 5: Customizing Settings in Windows 10

    In Windows 10, you can use the Settings app to manage and customize your experience when you use Windows. This includes choosing what network you want to connect to, changing the date and time on your computer, selecting a desktop background, and many more things.
  • Lesson 6: Cortana and Search in Windows 10

    Meet Cortana, the personal digital assistant that will help you find the files you need, but will also keep you up-to-date with information, such as weather, traffic, or the best restaurants.
  • Lesson 7: Working with Apps, Documents and Virtual Desktops

    The Windows 10 Start menu contains tiles for several apps, and all the apps listed under All Apps in the Start menu

    We are going to list the free apps in this lesson, along with a brief overview of the app’s purpose.In addition, we will talk more about some of the most popular apps in this lesson, then throughout the course.
  • Lesson 9: Microsoft Edge

    Microsoft Edge is the new browser that comes prepackaged with the Windows operating system, replacing Internet Explorer. In this lesson, we’re going to explore Microsoft Edge and all the new, modern features it contains.
  • Lesson 10: Accessibility Settings

    Your accessibility settings allow you to further tailor the way you interact with Windows.
  • Lesson 11: Users, Security, and Privacy

    Windows 10 has several programs and measures in place to help protect you and your computer.
  • Lesson 12: File Management

    File Explorer is where you can find all your files, and everything else on your computer, in Windows 10.
  • Lesson 13: Syncing Devices and Sharing Files with OneDrive

    You can sync all of your Windows 10 based devices using OneDrive, Microsoft’s cloud storage service.
  • Lesson 14: Managing People and Time

    Windows 10 provides a lot more tools to make managing the things that are important to you when you use your computer. This includes improved contact management tools, a calendar app, and up-to-the-minute weather.
