Cooking for the Beginner teaches the fundamentals of beginning cooking. Students learn how to safely move around in a kitchen and  to stock a kitchen with all the cooking essentials.   3. Safety In The Kitchen - Food safety should be your prime concern when you go into the kitchen. Preventing cuts and burns should also be a priority. We will learn common-sense approaches to safety in the kitchen.
  4. Breakfast Anyone? - Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day. This lesson will tell you the basics of preparing eggs, pancakes, bacon, and coffee. All of these dishes can be prepared so many different ways and a cook can gauge how much fat content will be u
  5. Dad, What's For Lunch - Lunch is a time that you want to prepare in a hurry but yet have a tasty meal for everyone. We will prepare a warm weather and a cold weather meal. So let's get started.
  6. Mom. What's For Dinner? - We will learn in this lesson how to take help from the grocery store and how to plan our dinner menu, along with recipes for that menu.
  7. Tips, Questions And Answers For New Cooks - This lesson will attempt to answer some of the questions about cooking that I have been asked in the past. It will also provide you with tips on the most common chore in the kitchen-prep work.
