Bartending and bartending skills are always in demand. If you're planning on hosting a cocktail party at your home, or thinking of starting a new career, or just want to learn how to make a certain drink, Bartending 101 is a must for all do-it-yourself bartenders. This self-paced online course can help you be an impressive bartender by showing you everything you need to know about tending a bar; such as the difference between Highball and Lowball drinks; how to shake, stir, strain and pour; the most effective remedy for hangovers; how to set up a bar; plus recipes and useful tips. Take the mystery out of mixology and learn to put together a perfect martini or create the coolest cosmopolitan.
This course offers 1.0 CEUs upon successful completion. You may take this online course with or without CEU documentation. An online and hard-copy Certificate of Course Completion displaying your coursework and CEUs earned is included with the CEU Option.   3. Lesson 3: Highballs - Understanding the highball glass and the types of drinks that are served in them.
  4. Lesson 4- Lowballs - Understanding drinks served in glasses called "lowball".
  5. Lesson 5- Various Drinks - Understanding drinks served in glasses called "lowball".
  6. Lesson 6- Shooters, Floaters, Wine and Champagne, Beer and Coffee Drinks - Shooters, Floaters, Wine and Champagne, Beer and Coffee Drinks
  7. Lesson 7- Employment - Tips and ideas for job hunting. Also ideas of working for yourself.

This course is open to anyone interested in learning the basics of bartending, though you will need to be over the age of 21 to pursue work a bartender.
