Course Description
This course is designed to provide you with the necessary skills for intermediate and advanced culinary arts and helpful information, and recipes for cooking several different types of foods such as appetizers, side dishes, lunch, soup, salads, and international recipes such as Asian, Cajun, Chinese, French, German, Greek, India, Irish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mediterranean, Mexican, Native American, and Thai.
