This course is designed to provide you with the necessary and intermediate tools for the culinary arts and helpful information and recipes for cooking several different types of foods such as appetizers, side dishes, lunch, soup, salads, meals, and crock-pot recipes. The background information, the lessons, files, links, assignments, and quizzes are set up to provide the basics for stocking your kitchen with the right utensils, equipment, and ingredients, tips and short cuts to save time in the kitchen, healthier cooking information, and intermediate level cooking recipes from my great-grandmother's restaurant.

Culinary Recipes' goal is for a beginner and intermediate cook to be able to increase their culinary skill level. The lessons are organized in a manner to increase your knowledge (with each lesson completed in order) to obtain the final goal of making your own meals.
