Don't talk to strangers Is the most common thought we have as parents and caregivers when we first start thinking about safety for our children. Unfortunately, it's not enough: as you are aware, child abuse seems to have increased dramatically. And everyone I talk to seems to wonder what else they can do to ensure the safety of their child. All I can say is keep learning about safety: learn new techniques, share your information, and most importantly TALK TO YOUR CHILDREN! Not once or twice, but many times. In a majority of incidents regarding children who have been assaulted/abducted, the abuser was known to either them or a member of the family. Tips for parents: daycare workers, teachers, friends, and family will find useful are in this course! To help keep your kids safe, take this course and help others become more informed.
