Course Description

This online course will prepare students to take the Language Arts, Writing (Part 1 and Part 2) portion of the GED (General Educational Development) test. The testing format is explained and broken down to highlight the content the Language Arts part of the exam will cover. The class will provide study resources for students including test strategies, practice tests, practical assignments, and essay writing.

This course will review the role of English usage, mechanics and organization in sentences, plus show you frequent sentence structure logic and typical spelling errors. This course will also provide each GED student writing skills required to successfully tackle the GED essay test.
