Each aspect contains vital instruction for working as a Loan Processor (i.e. there is a lesson solely devoted to understanding what's contained in a loan application, as you must be able to read a loan application in order to know where the information is that must be verified, in order to calculate DTI, or to be able to input information into the loan processing software; there is also a lesson that focuses on reading a credit report, because as a LP, you must be able to ascertain what the AB's credit score is, whether they have filed bankruptcy before, or what loan balances are currently outstanding - all of which a lender will want you to tell them).
