In Gardening Basics novice gardeners will learn the elements of different forms of gardening (indoor and outdoor). In addition to lessons on soil, seeds and plants and composting, students will study Container Gardening, Herbal Gardening, and Houseplants. The class ends with information on how to Harvest and Store and Preserve your products such as herbs and flower seeds.  Course Description  This course is not only designed to teach the basic gardening elements but also to provide resource information for beginners. There are several different levels of gardening covered in the course: the most basic, plus intermediate and advanced as well as specific gardening topics.
