  2. Navigation Pane Options and Drop-Down Menus - This lesson will teach you about the Navigation Pane Options and the things you should know about Drop-Down Menus.
  3. Getting Help - This lesson entirely deals with the methods of Getting Help in Outlook.
  4. Outlook E-Mail Configurations - Part I - By the end of this lesson, you will know how to configure a POP3 account.
  5. Outlook E-Mail Configurations - Part II - This lesson deals with configuring a HTTP account and receiving e-mails for both POP3 and HTTP accounts.
  6. Outlook E-Mail Configurations - Part III - In this lesson, you'll learn how to change the e-mail account information of an existing account and delete an e-mail account.
  7. Working With Folders - By the end of this lesson, you'll know a whole lot about using the folders, types of folders etc.
  8. Creating and Manipulating a Folder - This lesson will teach you the essential operations done on a folder, like creating, renaming, copying, moving, deleting a folder and more.
  9. Essentials of Composing and Sending a Message - By the end of this lesson, you'll know how to compose and send a message, work offline, select message formats, and a lot more.
  10. About the Drafts Folder and Sending Attachments - This lesson teaches you how to save an unfinished email message to the Drafts folder, send an attachment along with your email, and a lot more.
  11. Formatting Text and Performing Spell Check - By the end of this lesson, you'll be able to create a jazzy email message using the formatting techniques provided in Outlook. You'll also be introduced to the Spell Check feature of Outlook.
  12. Copy of a Message in the Sent Items Folder and Adding a Signature - In this lesson, you'll learn how to store a copy of a sent message in the Sent Items folder. You'll also learn to create a signature and associate it with your email.
  13. Editing, Formatting, and Deleting Signatures - This lesson will teach you to edit the signature text, format the signature text like, changing the font color, font size etc. You'll also learn to delete signatures.
  14. Working with the Contacts Folder - By the end of this lesson, you'll be able to create a contact list with all the information about a particular contact entered. You'll also learn different ways to view the contacts folder.
  15. More About Contacts - This lesson is a continuation of the previous lesson. In this lesson you'll learn to edit the information of a contact, delete a contact from the contact list, and use the contact list to enter the email address of a recipient in the message window.
