Mortgage Loan Officers are among the highest paid occupations there are. It is an exciting field that allows you to work at home as a commissioned officer, in a professional brokerage firm, or in a progressive salaried position. The field has never been more creative or expansive as now, and thanks to technological advances, the work has become more streamlined as well. This richly informative course consists of 12 features of vital information on the Mortgage Loan Officer position, critical industry terminology, vital instruction on how to read a tri-merge credit report, important features of the URLA 1003 loan application, discusses the various types of core mortgages, walks you through the phases of the loan process, gives a practical exercise that applies hypothetical information putting you in the Mortgage Loan Officer's shoes, and shares the steps for how to become a Mortgage Loan Officer. Each lesson is emphatically driven by a valuable, worthwhile assignment, evaluative quiz, and with the course, itself, being rich in exercises and netlinks. This is one of the most reasonably priced mortgage loan courses offered anywhere on the net, and unlike so many, the course is guided by a real live and well-qualified instructor.
