Course Description
This course will teach you the steps of your edible landscaping. From the 'planning to plan' stage to harvest and storage, you will read the information and learn new techniques.
We will teach you to recognize the guidelines of your property, so you will know which plants will succeed in your area.
Find out what your family and their needs really are, know if you can successfully plant those in your area, then learn how to increase your yields.
It is organic based so you get three fields included. Organics, gardening and landscaping.
Course Requirements
This course is five sessions of reading. You are encouraged to email the instructor after each lesson, or sessions taken at a time. Let them know what you learned so far. Feedback helps us help you along the way. After reading the lessons take the final test.
The lesson notebook will become the initial blueprint for your landscape/organic garden. The questions will range from 1 to 50 points each, and will cover only the information in the lessons.

We are also going to include some wonderful perks along the way! We are including e-book articles related to our lessons, and old time remedies and recipes, for those with perfect attendance and grades.
Course Goals
Your goals with this course is to learn how to produce enough organic food to feed your family, using your entire property.
You will learn to eat your way to better health, by increasing your nutritional values through higher quality foods.
You will learn ways to improve your surroundings, therefore making it more conducive for increased growth in the next season.
Reading Materials
We offer a Garden Notebook (optional) which will be readily available for all your notes and plans. They will be in one handy place...year 'round!
Along the way you will be sent articles, remedies and recipes which will enhance your learning.
We have also included links to Garden/Landscape sites with additional information for you.
Grading Policy
Each question will be a value from 10 to 50 points each. All answers are in the lessons, and no additional research will be necessary. Be as thorough as possible in your answers, as it increases your score.
