Instructor Joan Waff has created her sixth One Stroke painting class for UniversalClass called: One Stroke Painting on Ceramics, Mugs, Glass, and more . The goal of this course is for you to paint colorful wildflowers, daisies, apples, berries, leaves, curliques, cabbage roses, rosebuds, bumblebees, and dragonflies. You will learn how to create a complete design, on a candle dish, mug, stemmed goblets, baking bowls and ivy bowls, using the elements learned in each lesson. After this course, you will gain confidence to paint your own designs for a rewarding new hobby. You will be able to use one or two elements learned to create many unique designs that you can share with the world.

No prior experience in painting is needed for this course. All reading materials and stroke guides are included. No download programs are required. The techniques you will learn will last you a lifetime of spreading happiness to the world through your decorative art. You don't have to be an expert in painting to create beautiful designs.

One Stroke painting is the hottest form of decorative painting today.  Painting on glass and ceramics is now a very popular surface, and the course gives you many to choose from.  Painting with Folk Art enamels are easy.  You will learn dramatic wildflowers, perky daisies, gorgeous leaves, curliques, apples, berries, bumblebees, dragonflies, beautiful roses, and rosebuds.  People love receiving mugs, candle dishes, and ivy bowls.  You will enjoy painting on many surfaces.

In this course,  Joan will take you step-by-step in learning this exciting and easy painting method. This is so convenient for in-home art study and learning is at your own pace.

Each lesson will have painted stroke guides, as well as written instructions, and complete designs for you to print and use for your convenience. The lessons are designed for your enjoyment in learning painting online.  Joan will be paying careful attention to your comments and questions and will help you all the way to painting independence.  Joan has incorporated many websites, for you to browse in for your supply needs, as well as information and organizations to join for painting.

Welcome to the first lesson. You will learn brush loading, cleaning and other tips to get you started.

Lesson 2: Perky Daisies, Wiggle Leaves, and Curliques

Get ready for color! In this lesson, you will learn curlicues, leaves and daisies, in all sorts of angles. Let's go!

Lesson 3: Wildflowers

You will learn wiggle petals and teardrop petals, with clusters. Are you ready?

Lesson 4: Wildflower Complete Design

Get ready for fun! You will be given a complete design, using the candle dish. You will be given the steps in this design. Let's go!

Lesson 5: Fun Fruit

Let's get going on this! This lesson will teach you apples, cherries, grapes, and leaves. You can use the apples for many designs. Let's go!

Lesson 6: Fruit Leaves

Easy! This lesson will have you painting the fruit leaves, filler cluster leaves, and transparent leaves in no time. Let's get started!

Lesson 7: Fruit Complete Design

You will have a good time on this one! This lesson will have some complete designs, with steps on painting them. Let's get started!

Lesson 8: Adorable Bees and Dragonflies

Cute! This lesson will show how to paint the bees and dragonflies. These are dramatic and colorful and can be painted on anything. Let's go!

Lesson 9: Bee Complete Designs

Colorful! The lesson will take you step-by-step to complete designs using bees on a glass stemware and mug. Let's get ready to paint!

Lesson 10: Beautiful Rosebuds

Stunning is the word for the roses. You will learn rosebuds, with the calyx. These are very pretty and can be used on many designs. Let's get started!

Lesson 11: Gorgeous Cabbage Rose and Butterflies

Dramatic is the word for this lesson. You will learn the elements in the cabbage rose and cute butterflies. Let's get started!

Lesson 12: Rose Complete Designs

This will be a fun lesson. You will be painting completed designs, using the elements learned in the Rose lesson. Are you ready?
