Power of the Mind and Addiction will teach students how to create their own realities, by developing specific coping tools and taping into their inner resources. This course is designed to help us understand how the mind can work in changing addictive behavior patterns. Each lesson will explore the various components that contribute to addictive behaviors, and provide the reader with concrete exercises that will help them explore ways to change addictive behaviors. Before we can embark on this exploratory journey, we must understand what addiction entails and what makes an addiction so difficult to change.
