Course Description

Shadowy figure This course is designed to take the student beyond the basic level of "ghost-busting" by offering suggestions and information that will assist those who are seriously interested in investigating paranormal phenomenon.

The course will cover the basics of spiritual contact as well as technical tools available for ghost identification. A primary focus of the course is gaining an understanding and awareness of after-life theories, and methods to attain the personal transformation necessary to become a more sensitive and perceptive to the energies we are seeking to understand.

As you proceed through the course you will learn that there is much more to ghost-hunting than what we see on television. There are different types of ghosts, different types of haunting and a way to approach the spirit world that will make them more receptive to your presence. That has to do with you becoming more receptive to them!
When you complete this course you may have a different attitude, and will surely be better informed about ghostly activities and what they mean. You will even learn ways you might be able to help spirits who are not happy with being stuck in our world. Fun, fascinating and informative, this course is sure to advance your ghost-hunting hobby.

Course Lessons

Lesson One: Introduction - The course will cover the basics of spiritual contact as well as technical tools available for ghost identification.
Lesson Two: The Nature of Ghosts - Since paranormal research tends to focus on spirits who make themselves known to the living through sounds, sensations, tastes, smells, and apparitions, it is important to understand what is believed about the nature of these ascended spirits.
Lesson Three: Extra Sensory Perception - There are many theories and philosophies about ESP. Some feel that ESP is dependent upon environmental and physical factors and some believe that higher perception is not associated with any of our five physical senses.
Lesson Four: Clairvoyance and Clairaudience - Clairvoyance is the psychic ability to receive messages from other realms through the imagery that is already present in your mind.
Lesson Five: Mediumship and Channeling - A medium or channel receive information from the spirit world.
Lesson Six: Experiencing the Paranormal - In this lesson, we will prepare for a sitting without using any gadgets or technology, but simply a small group of people interested in contacting the spirit world.

Lesson Eleven: Summing Up the Logistics - There are a number of steps to follow before starting an investigation.
