In this course, Joan Waff, OSCI (One Stroke Certified Instructor), will take you through step-by-step all the different elements of this course. Once you learn a few simple techniques, you will be ready to share your creativity with the world through gifts, bazaars, craft shops, craft shows, home decor, and organizations. You will be able to paint on cards, stationary, bags, memory pages in your scrapbooks, photo albums covers, pots, clothing, straw hats, golf hats, walls, wood, frames, lunch bags, and many other surfaces. Many tips are also included and many web sites for you to visit for supplies, painting surfaces, magazines and associations, for decorative painting.
This course is for your relaxation, enjoyment and attainment of a new hobby that will last a lifetime. This course will teach you many "One Stroke" techniques that can be used alone or combined to make any number of designs. The goal is to have you become proficient in designing your own projects. Instructor Joan Waff has been painting for over thirty years using many different techniques of decorative art. She has taught decorative painting in local shops and sold her work in shops, art galleries and shows. Before decorative painting,she made porcelain and cloth dolls and sold them across the U.S. to over 200 shops. She also teaches the One Stroke painting of roses for UniversalClass.
This course offers 1.0 CEUs upon successful completion. You may take this
