Intermediate Aromatherapy given by Instructor Jan Harper is a continuation of her course Aromatherapy. The detail is more in depth enabling students to blend and use various essential oils in a safe and knowledgeable way. The student will also learn some traditional blends and how to apply them in the home for the treatment of common complaints. Along with treatment and blending information, the instructor teaches safety in storage and preparation of the oils. If courses in alternative medicine are of interest - this might be a course for you. Students will be awarded a certificate of merit, or academic excellence according to their performance on the course and final score. Instructor Jan Harper also teaches a popular course at UniversalClass on Healing Herbs and has recently started a class on Therapeutic Bathing.
