Class Policies and Procedures
For each lesson, you will be expected to do the following:
o Read the lecture.
o Do any assignments connected with the lecture.
o Take the quiz for that lesson.
o Participate in the online discussions by posting at least two substantive messages each week.
You are required to keep a journal for this class
o This is not a diary of all of your thoughts and feelings about life, but a journal of the behaviors and interactions of your family as the class progresses.
o Begin your journal with an entry as to why you have enrolled in this course and what you hope to achieve by the end of the course.
o Each day add entries about how your thoughts and feelings are changing as the class progresses.
o You will want to include any perceived changes in your mate (if applicable), your teens, and any other significant persons in your family circle.
o You will be asked to share your journal entries each week, so do not include anything that you want kept confidential, because there is no way this can be done. It is generally best to do this journal offline as a text document and then submit it as an attachment to me in an email message. This will make it less public-something just between me and you. However, I repeat that it is not possible to guarantee confidentiality in an online environment.

All Quizzes are worth 100 points.
Each assignment is worth 50 points
