Refund Policy

As convenient, efficient, and effective as online learning has proven over and over, time and again, we know that it may not be for everyone. Because online learning is fun and challenging, UniversalClass enforces the following refund policies:

Platinum/Unlimited Membership Plans

Due to the unrestricted and free access nature of these plans, the Platinum and Unlimited Membership Plans are non-refundable. All sales are final.

There are no refunds, extensions, discounts, returns, credits or exchanges on any used or unused portion of the platinum/unlimited membership subscription plans.

Single Course Purchases Refund Policy

3-Day (72 Hour) Refund Policy

If a member withdraws from a class within the first three days of enrollment and contacts customer care (customercare@universalclass.com) with a satisfactory explanation about requesting a refund, the course fee may be refunded to the member usually in the method of payment originally given to UniversalClass (credit card, check, paypal, etc.), provided that less than 20% of the lesson content has been accessed by the learner.

7-Day Course Exchange/Service Credit Policy

All refund requests after 3 days (72 hours) and within the first 7 days of initial enrollment must be submitted in writing to customercare@universalclass.com or to our online helpdesk. Any refund approved after 3 Days and within 7 days of enrollment will be in the form of service credit only.

After 7 days from the initial enrollment date, course fees are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Course Transfer Requests

Course transfer requests (requesting to change courses) are treated as the same as refund requests. Course transfer requests must be made within the first 7 days of enrollment, provided less than 20% of the current course in question has been accessed.

After 7 days of enrollment, course transfers are not available. All sales are final.
