In Dictionary/Thesaurus Skills each class lesson provides a logical method of breaking down the information needed to learn the objectives of good Dictionary, Thesaurus, and Language Skills. It is written in layman terms and broken into incremental steps so the students can 'climb' their way to mastery of these skills. Each lesson has an assignment to achieve the 'hands-on' approach of instruction'. We find that assignments (and grades for assignments) are critical for determining a student's mastery of specific skill goals, and even more so in an online environment. They provide a valuable method of tracking and rating student progress. Along the way, you will find 2 Class polls to see how others are learning from the class. There are over 40 related Net Links to learn from, and over two dozen References and Resources for Dictionaries, Thesaurus, Encyclopedias, media, books, over two dozen games, printouts and activities to learn with. To complement your class lessons, there are four or more tests and quizzes to test learned skills. ****As a special bonus, there are many science, history, spelling and language lessons included in the course! Please hurry, this course will never again be found on the internet at this special price!****

This course will teach Dictionary, Thesaurus and language skills, along with Spelling, Science, History, and more. This will be with lessons, games, movies, net links, assignments, lots of activities and fun!
