No previous knowledge of guitar is necessary. Students must have a guitar in good working condition.
Guitar instructor Edward Burns brings over 20 years of experience in teaching and performing to this guitar class. Learning to play the guitar can be difficult because of the fine motor skills needed to produce clear tones and an even rhythm. Both hands perform completely different tasks and there are many variables involved in playing this instrument. It is important to realize that learning to play guitar is like a long journey. To achieve your desired results, you must be patient and willing to commit daily time to practicing.

Learning the guitar requires persistance and commitment. Regular daily practice is a must and by following the practice schedule I will provide, the student should see noticeable improvement by the end of the class.
