With crime on the rise throughout most areas of the world, we must ask ourselves what we can do to be safer. This class will give you some information that you can use to make yourself and your family safer. It will allow you to understand how you can incorporate psychological, physical, and environmental tools to reduce your risks, and to help you survive an attack if you are approached.
