The main goal of this course, Immigration Procedure 101, is for students to achieve insight on Immigration Procedure so that they will have sufficient knowledge on how to deal with basic immigration inquiries. The course consists of 7 lessons and 2 addenda. Students can work at their own pace. Lesson 2 starts as soon as students have mastered Lesson 1 and so on. Diligent students should be able to finish at least one lesson per week (total 8 weeks) if not more.
After completing Lesson 1, students would have learned jargon used by immigration lawyers and specialists. After completing lessons 2 and 3, students would have learned about the non-immigration (temporary) -type visas. Lesson 4 deals with changing of status and extension of stay. After the 5th and 6th lessons, students would have learned about immigrant (green card) categories and its renewal. The 7th lesson deals with US citizenship, while the 8th lesson covers employer's legal requirements in hiring alien workers. After lesson 9, students would be acquainted with frequently asked immigration questions, while the 10th lesson covers a directory of Immigration lawyers to assist students and future clients.

Requirements Interested students must be able to meet the following minimum requirements: - Have an interest in Law, immigration and the plight of aliens
- Have at least have finished High School
- Excellent use of the English language, excellent reading, writing and comprehension skills
- Have at least 4-6 years after-school work experience (if interested in a career as Immigration Consultant)
