Course Description
This is a practical and down-to-earth course that discusses 11 of the best techniques to buying real estate with little or none of your own money. I have gone to great lengths to keep this course simple yet giving you the information you will need to go out and start buying real estate right away. Knowledge is power. The more you know the more you will get ahead of your competition and reach your financial goals. This course is simple, direct and to the point. I will not waste your time with a lot of information that leaves you wondering what to do next. I show you how to do it. The course gives you the basic tools you need to understand the concept of buying your own property or go to the extent of investing in real estate for quick profits and to build wealth.
Among other techniques in this course, we will discuss Lease Options, wrap-around mortgages and equity sharing. You will also learn how to estimate the value of income producing properties and understand a Cash Flow analysis. We will talk about some government agencies that offer great bargains on repossessed properties. There is a vast amount of information out there. You should continue to expand your mind and real estate is a great vehicle with which to do so. I have personally bought properties using the techniques that are discussed in this class. Course Requirements
In this course you will be required to read all 5 lessons and do 10 essay-type assignments worth 10 points each. You will also have 2 different quizzes to take after you have gone through the last lesson. Each quiz has 20 multiple choice, true/false and fill in the blank type questions. Each question is worth 2.5 points for a total of 50 points for each quiz.

The 5 assignments are worth 20 points each to equal 100%. The two quizzes have 20 questions each that are worth 2.5 points each for a total of 100%.
(6) Am I allowed to retake the assignments and quizzes?
No. The material is short simple and to the point. The assignments are not difficult and neither are the quizzes. With a little bit of effort you should be able to do just fine. You are welcome to repeat the class anytime if you want to.
