Course Description
The Mortgage Loan Officer and Mortgage Loan Processor Combo Course is actually two courses in one. It is perfect for those wanting the opportunity to prepare for two lucrative mortgage loan occupational paths. Generally, employers prefer those who have had exposure to both of these aspects, as they often can work hand-in-hand. Mortgage Loan Officers (MLO's) often times are called upon to assist with loan processing if the Mortgage Loan Processor (MLP) is on vacation, the office is short-staffed, or in working on tight closing deadlines; and in some smaller offices, the MLO may act as both officer and processor. It is also quite common for MLO's to start out as MLP's, and then work their way up. This course is geared towards those entering the field and desiring the option to pursue either. It is a practical, instructor-guided course that consists of 20 vital lessons, fortified by worthwhile and reitterative assignments, quizzes, as well as valuable netlinks and polls. The instructor for this course is a qualified professional and recipient of UC's Millenium Educator award.
