Course Materials
The recommended reading for this class is: USA Today, The Weather Book: An Easy-To-Understand guide to the USA's Weather. By Jack Williams. 2nd Edition. This is published by Vintage Books, which is a division of Random House. ISBN: 0-679-77665-6 This book is an easy to use book and complements my course with easy to read illustrations and readings on my lessons. The book can be used by anyone who can read. It is probably more of middle school or higher level reading. It discusses the United States weather, but the weather principles can be applied to any location. This book can probably be checked out at a library, or bought for less than 20.00. www.randomhouse.com would carry it.
