Mortgage Loan Processors are in powerful demand these days, and the income is excellent! You can work from home or work in an office. 1. Mortgage Loan Officer - This course is an entry level course that teaches the fundamentals of being a Mortgage Loan Officer.

2. Loan Processor - This course is a general consumer loan processor course for various consumer settings: banks, pay day loans, auto financing, furniture and retail, tax refund loans, and home loans.

3. Mortgage Loan Processor (Basic) - This course focuses on mortgage loan processing fundamentals. It is to be a prerequisite course for an upcoming Mortgage Loan Processor (Applied) course.

Course Requirements

Mortgage Loan Processor students need to have:

(2) A desire to learn how mortgage loans are processed; or

(3) Experience having bought something that was financed.
