Course Goals

The main goal for this course is for intermediate cooks to be able to increase their culinary skill level. The lessons are organized in a manner to increase your knowledge with each lesson completed in order to obtain the final goal of making your own international meals. Many people say that they can cook, but there is a difference between those that cook because they have to and those that love to cook in order to bring new foods and different tastes into their meals.
