Purpose:- To test knowledge.

II. Essay questions
Type:- Essay type answers for questions.
Mark:- Each question carries 5 marks.
No. of questions:- 12.
Choice:- any 6 questions are to be answered.
Purpose:- to verify whether the candidate has properly understood the meaning, purpose and principles of subject-matter.
Grading:- Answers are to be submitted thro e mail to the institute and will be added to his grading sheet.
Total Marks:- 30.
III. Assignment Analytical Evaluation Report
Type:- Analytical evaluation report.
No. of problems:- only one practical problem ( in fact this is the problem posed in exp.com by somebody and the answer practically solved the problem according to the confirmation from the person who posed the question)
Purpose:- To test the in-depth understanding the subjects, capacity for application of parameters and ability to analyze with basic factors to find out the amicable solution.
Marks:- 20.
Grading:- The report is to be submitted to the institute thro e-mail and marks will be added to the grading sheet.
IV. Project Work
Type:- Survey Report.
Method:- A simple questionnaire will be supplied to the candidate and he is expected to undertake a practical survey with public at random and submit the report.
Marks:- Each questionnaire filled up = 1 mark.
Maximum marks = 40.
For the candidate s own evaluation report = 10

Purpose:- To compare the practical feed back with the theoretical inputs to understand the usefulness of this study in practical life.
Grading:- All the questionnaires and the candidate s evaluation report are to be submitted to the director of this course by post and marks will be on verification added to the grading sheet. Totality of the marks to be obtained in the course:-
To pass this course and to obtain a certificate, minimum of 40% in each part and overall 50% out of the total 200 marks should be obtained.

All the required reading materials are available in the class room except for physiology, anatomy and birth control for which reference book and websites addresses are provided.
