To provide detailed instruction on how to develop, plan, design, and implement a successful substance abuse prevention program in your community. To encourage community activism. To help students develop programs that will stamp out substance abuse problems in their community.
To train as many students as possible to take a stand against substance abuse related injuries, crimes, and health problems.
To empower students who will also empower others.

Grade determine mastery of skills. Grades are on a 100 point scale. Any grade below 65% demonstrates that one has not mastered a skill.
