Four major components makes a contract valid. They are:offer, acceptance, consideration and intention to enter legal relations. These components is the objective of the first lesson, and they are explained with the aid of real life cases, which forms what is called in law - principles.
The second lesson builds on the first by discussing some similar situations that seems and looks like a contract, but which are not. This lesson looks at the similarities they have with a valid contract and examines also their differences and their importance in law
The third and fourth lessons deals with an important part of the contract process, called acceptance. The importance of this process lies in the fact that it is affected by time, the conduct of the people involved in the contract and how promptly and effective their communication to each other is.
The fifth lesson is about the effect of death on a contract, while the final lesson - 6, is a case practise exercise that is meant to acquaint students with the manner in which judges apply the law to real and factual situations.
