Ideal for nature lovers and travelers who want to know about the mammals they encounter. In addition, this class is a good review for biology students about mammals.

Course Requirements

Students are expected to have a lively curiosity and desire to learn about mammals. Children under 13 are required to enroll with a parent.

Course Goals

Students will learn about the different families of mammals. They will discover how the mammals adapt to their environments. Students will find out about mammal families and the care of the young. They will understand the relationships between different mammal species. Mammals, out of the ordinary, will be introduced to the students.

Course Materials

All materials will be provided within the course or on class links. For further study, "The Life of Mammals" by David Attenborough (book or DVD) is excellent.
