A successful completion of ATSPI online course will make you a Certified Timeshare Sales Professional - CTSP
The main objective of our Certification is that today companies are not looking for just “salespeople” but rather partners. We know selling timeshare is one of the highest paying sales jobs anywhere, but Timeshare Human Resources want to hire sales individuals who can assist them in saving money, make money or in some way add value to their business offering.
Sales are about building relationships and focusing on your customers' needs, meeting your company's expectations. The CTSP will provide you with both hands-on practical skills and a strategic understanding of pure key timeshare sales issues.
To succeed in today’s highly competitive marketplace, salespeople need to not only have knowledge of their own products and services, but also require an understanding on how to become a successful sales person. Salespeople have to act as advisers, problem solvers, guides and consultants; and be able to demonstrate how they can promote progress, profit and enhanced customer satisfaction for their clients.
This course explains the various roles and responsibilities of the professional timeshare salesperson. It demonstrates how, through skill, self organization, knowledge and strategy, he can effectively make make sales and increase efficiency.
After the completion of the CTSP course, the Timeshare Sales Professional will be able to

- Those who are new to sales or are contemplating a career in timeshare sales.
- Those who already occupy or are involved in timeshare sales positions from Agents to Vice-Presidents, but lack formal training or need to be up-to-date.
- Those in timeshare management who are dependent on or responsible for sales results, but do not themselves possess a sales background.
- Those who need timeshare industry recognition.
Note: For convenience purposes (and not to make the text heavy for reading) the CTSP course will only use the male gender "he", but this course is equal certification to female and male genders.

Grading Policy & Course Duration

Grading Assignments and multiple choice questions…
Although there is no Passing or Failing mark in this course, obtaining the ATSPI Certificate will demonstrate to employers, the students' level of achievement. A general average 100-point grading scale will be implemented as follow:
Grades are based on ATSPI adopted policy of a 100 points scale. Percentage breakdown: 100% - 92% Certificate of Excellence
91% - 83% Certificate of Outstanding Achievement
82% - 74% Certificate of Merit
73% - 65% Certificate of Appreciation
64% - 56% Certificate of Class Participation
55% - 0% Certificate of Attendance
Grading of assignments is, and always will be, a very subjective process, however it will done be at the sole discretion of Instructors Committee of ATSPI. It will be based on but not limited to the following criteria:
" Completing assignments thoroughly, in detail and within a timely matter (points will drop if essay type questions are not answered with sufficient explanation.)
" Demonstrating a high level of course comprehension based on answers given on assignments.
" Level of participation and attendance
Students are encouraged to take advantage of the Instructor's knowledge and experience rather than dispute their evaluation of assignment answers. Students should also value the feedback provided by the Instructor and apply the recommendations to their skill set.
Course will consist of :
* 15 central lessons,
* 6 annex lessons
* 14 assignments,
* 31 tests
* quizzes, class polls and netlinks.
- Course Duration
Although the course does not have a formal time frame in which it is to be completed, our recommendation is the sooner the student completes the course the better.
Progress Reports and Feedback will be made available to each student with a valid email address.
--Because of prior communications issues, using free email providers, like yahoo or hotmail is not recommended and enrollments using these may not be processed.
Important Notice: If the student is inactive and does not login to the course at least once every 120 days, he / she will automatically be removed after 120 days of inactivity, without warning. Course fees will not be refunded.
